This is a simple question, and I'll prove the answer right now.
Think of something that makes you happy.
Think of something that makes you angry.
Think of something that makes you sad.
Think of something that makes you laugh.
Think of something that makes you happy.
True happiness comes from within and it is always a choice as to if you activate that happiness or not.
Happiness does come easier to some people, but that is only because they have more practice choosing to be happy. The more you choose to experience happiness, the more of a habit it will become and it will make you a happier person.
